I have started cutting the big dovetails for the walnut bench. I clalmped the leg sections in place to mark the shape of the tails directly from the pins, and then used the dozuki saw to cut along the lines to the marking gauge lines, scribed on the top and bottom. Next comes chiseling.

I have started cutting the big dovetails for the walnut bench. I clalmped the leg sections in place to mark the shape of the tails directly from the pins, and then used the dozuki saw to cut along the lines to the marking gauge lines, scribed on the top and bottom. Next comes chiseling.
