

John says that many of the fathers have never had the kind of opportunity that scout camp presents and are as excited as the scouts at the activities offered. Wouldn't you be, too?

We abandon our children to education in boredom and intellectual escapism by failing to engage their hands in learning and making.
Absolutely I'd be excited to have a chance to do that. Reminds me of a photo of scaffolding at a construction site in Hong Kong. It was all made from bamboo and tied together. And it was on the outside of a new skyscraper.
