Day 4, Simply Beautiful Boxes at Marc Adams School.
I finished my 4th day of box making class and all my students have made significant progress as evidenced by a collection of boxes in various styles and illustrating a variety of techniques. Today I also took a tour of the other classroom featuring craftsman John Burks, teaching Japanese joinery. It is fascinating work. Meticulous, exacting, but also satisfying. Photos of that class are shown below.
